Some people use Ephedra for Weight Loss. In My opinion, I’m
glad they banned it. In February, Orioles’ pitcher, Steve Bechler, died after using it. Many other cases like this
have occurred also. Even though the bottles that contain Ephedra say,
“Ephedra Free”- Nobody knows what’s really in those pills.
